Each year, S3 hosts several community events, bursaries, scholarships and sponsorships. Events such as the Annual Summer Barbeque and supporting many employee-led initiatives such as the Canadian Citizenship Benefit and the S3 Employee Clean Water Program, and more help keep our team proudly engaged in each other and our communities.

As a proud community building partner, throughout the years S3 has been involved in many legacy projects including and Janie and Helen Rempel Community Garden, the Lyric Theatre Sponsorship, Great Plains College Annual Carhartt’s and Caviar, and the Frank and Helen Rempel Leadership Bursary… just to name a few.

S3 leadership bursaries

S3 AWS Airbar is pleased to announce Avery Richardson as the recipient of the 2023 S3 AWS Airbar Leadership Bursary.

Every year, S3 Group awards a $2500 bursary in each of the communities where its facilities are located. The bursaries are awarded to young leaders who are committed to excellence and show exceptional leadership in their lives and the lives of those around them.

The S3 Leadership Bursary was established in 2012 and is available to local school division students who display leadership qualities and are registered for post-secondary education.
